The lounge area of the Penthouse is designed with a double-height ceiling, creating a sense of grandeur and vastness from the very first glance.

1. Light and Materials

• Dramatic Height: The high ceiling along with floor-to-ceiling glass windows provides spectacular panoramic views and abundant natural light, honoring the beauty of the interior.

• Dominant Palette: The space features dark wood paneling (Smoked Oak/Walnut) on the walls and ceiling, combined with white Marble with grey veining.
